Booking Terms & Conditions

Schedule of Arrival & Departure Time:-
1) Day of Arrival

• Check In Time:  1400 hours  (No breakfast on arrival).

2) Day of Departure:-

• Check Out Time: 1200 hours.
• Up to 4pm : 50% of room rate is applicable.
• After 4pm : a full day’s rate is applicable.

Payment:-
1) 100% Payment is required upon confirmation and all payments are non-refundable in part, in full and no show.

Room Confirmation:-
1) Prior reservation is require and is subjected to room availability.
2) Reservation are guaranteed only upon full payment.
3) Additional one mattress only allowable per room/chalet @ RM 50.00 per piece is chargable. (subject to availability)
4) Bilut Leisure Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at anytime without prior notice.

Booking Cancellation:-
1) The 100% deposit/ booking fee payment made to secure confirmation of booking will be forfeited in the event of any cancellation.
2) Booking date cannot be change unless 14 return days’ notice given.
